1. Scope of Work

  • Included: This offer covers the design, development, and launch of a standard website (up to 7 pages). This typically includes a Home page, About, Services/Programs, News/Blog, and Contact.

  • This offer is strictly for registered non-profit organisations (NPOs) or charities based in Perth, Western Australia.

  • Selection is at the sole discretion of dion.works. We choose projects based on community impact, readiness of content, and our current production capacity.

  • Applying does not guarantee a free build.

To keep the project on track, the organisation agrees to:

  • Appoint a Lead: One primary point of contact for all feedback and approvals.

  • Provide Content: All text, logos, and images must be provided within 2 weeks of project kickoff.

  • Feedback: Provide feedback on designs within 3 business days to ensure the project maintains momentum.

  • Note: If a project stalls for more than 30 days due to a lack of communication or content, dion.works reserves the right to terminate the project.

While the labor for the build is $0, the organisation is responsible for Domain Registration which is estimated between $15 and $40 per year. 

  • Ownership: Upon launch, the organisation owns the website and its content.

  • Attribution: A small, discreet credit (e.g., “Built by dion.works”) will be placed in the footer of the site.

  • Portfolio: dion.works reserves the right to feature the project, screenshots, and the organisation’s logo in our professional portfolio and marketing materials.

  • Once the site is launched, dion.works will provide a training session for your team on how to update content.

  • Ongoing technical support, or future feature additions can be discussed and agreed as required.

  • Security updates and site backups are included for as long as the organisation is actively engaged with the website. 

Either party may cancel the project at any time. If the project is cancelled before launch, dion.works is not obligated to hand over any incomplete files or designs.
